A fast, effective washer, disinfector and dryer in a compact bench top unit, UltraClean II is fully compliant with best practice requirements for the thorough cleaning of instruments prior to sterilization and includes an RO (reverse osmosis) connection as standard.

It incorporates a choice of 3 cycles of wash, thermal disinfectant and forced hot air drying and a facility for independent process verification which meets the requirements of EN 15883, HTM 2030 and EN1717.

Powerful flushing from wash arms at the top and bottom of the machine ensures that hollow or complex instruments are thoroughly cleansed of all contaminants, whilst the forced hot air drying ensures they are completely dry and ready for sterilization.

The process is fully automated, reducing handling and manual cleaning and therefore significantly reduces the risk of injury and infection from sharps or needles.
